Payment Schedule

1. Booking Amount

The booking amount is required to book the chosen date and time. The booking amount includes 40% of the total amount payable for the chosen package. It is non-refundable.

2. Final Payment:

Remaining amount of the package is to be paid on the day of the photoshoot.

 

Copyrights

​

1. All copyrights of the pictures taken are retained by the photographer.

2. The photographer possess the rights to showcase their choice of pictures from the client’s photo session on online platforms to build portfolio and showcase work to prospective clients. 

3. Clients can request delay in posting pictures under special circumstances but once that period is over, the photographer is free to use the pictures for showcase as they see fit.

4. Clients will be approached for consent/permission when one of their pictures is chosen to be submitted for competitions or magazine publication. They are free to take a judgement call in such scenarios.

5. Clients also have the option of purchasing all the copyrights of their photoshoot if they don’t want to allow to publish pictures from the session at all.To buy the copyrights, a payment of 30% of their chosen package needs to be paid. This amount is non-negotiable.

6. Clients are requested to tag the service provider on all social and online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Website).

 

 

Delivery of Pictures and Prints

1. Selection gallery is usually shared within 2 days of final payment. Clients are requested to choose their final pictures within a week to ensure timely deliveries.

2. Soft gallery will comprise of the best pictures taken during the photoshoot. These pictures are typically small in size and will be  watermarked.

3. In case the client chooses more pictures than those included in the package, then the extra pictures will be charged at the rate of Rs.2000/- per 5 extra images.

4. It is to be noted that extra images will be charged in sets of five, so clients are encouraged to make their choices wisely.

5. Editing process takes unto 20 days from the date of selection of pictures by the clients.

6. Prints will be delivered within 7 working days of selection of pictures for printing.

7. Album prints are delivered within 20 days from the date of selection of pictures for the album. Albums are not included in packages and are charged as extra.
